India, New Zealand elevate ties to strategic partnership; launch 2030 roadmap

India and New Zealand elevated their bilateral ties to a strategic partnership. They set a target to double annual trade to thirty-five thousand crore rupees. Defense agreements included mutual logistics support and maritime cooperation. A roadmap for 2030 will guide structured implementation of the partnership. Both nations also agreed on a joint working group on counter-terrorism.
