BJP's Bankipur candidate files Papers; senior NDA leaders present

The BJP candidate filed nomination papers for the Bankipur assembly bypoll on Thursday. Senior NDA leaders attended the nomination event and addressed a public meeting. Bihar CM Samrat Choudhary criticized Prashant Kishor for seeking votes without local connection. JDU leader Sanjay Jha cautioned workers about lower polling percentages in bypolls. The BJP has historically held this seat with significant vote share since 1995.
