Sen Moreno pushes Congress to clarify birthright citizenship rules using Harry Reid's own 1993 legislation

Ohio Sen. Bernie Moreno announced plans to revive a decades-old proposal from former Democratic Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid after Republicans' push to end birthright citizenship came to a screeching halt at the hands of the Supreme Court.
