Renfra Energy submits papers with Sebi for IPO; eyes Rs 430-cr via fresh issue

Renfra Energy India is gearing up to unveil its Initial Public Offering (IPO), targeting Rs 430 crore by issuing new shares. In addition, the company intends to execute an Offer-for-Sale involving more than 47 lakh shares. The funds will be allocated towards debenture redemption, boosting working capital, and fulfilling general corporate requirements.
