No forced language switch mid-session: CBSE eases three-language policy for current batches
The CBSE has reversed its mid-session language policy shift, offering a one-time relaxation for students in Classes VII, VIII, and IX. Those already studying two foreign languages can continue, adding one native Indian language assessed internally. Class X students remain unaffected. New guidelines ensure a balanced learning process, with specific provisions for the current academic session to ease confusion and concerns.
