ITC CMD total remuneration slips 6.8% to Rs 23.91 crore in FY26

ITC Chairman and Managing Director Sanjiv Puri's total pay saw a 6.8% dip to Rs 23.91 crore in FY26, primarily due to lower performance bonuses and long-term incentives. Despite an increase in his basic salary and perquisites, his overall remuneration decreased from Rs 25.66 crore in the previous fiscal. The company noted a 4% rise in median employee pay, while average remuneration saw a 2% decline.
