ED attaches over Rs 55-crore assets of Punjab minister Sanjeev Arora, linked entities

Enforcement Directorate has attached assets worth Rs 55.57 crore belonging to arrested AAP leader Sanjeev Arora, his family, and a realty firm. Arora was apprehended in a Rs 100 crore GST fraud case linked to mobile phone sales. The agency alleges a realty company, Hampton Sky Realty Limited, facilitated bogus exports through shell firms, with the total proceeds of crime estimated at Rs 102.99 crore.
