A Bangladeshi Prime Minister's advisor, Zahed Ur Rahman, was briefly held at Delhi airport due to a security blacklist but was allowed entry after confirming his attendance at an Indian Ocean Rim Association meeting. Despite being permitted, he voluntarily returned to Dhaka. India's Ministry of External Affairs confirmed the incident and Rahman's subsequent departure.
