Fix our boulevard of broken pavements

The Supreme Court has declared walking on footpaths a fundamental right, citing the freedom of movement. This landmark ruling follows a tragic incident where a child lost his life due to the absence of safe pedestrian space. However, Indian cities' footpaths are often in disrepair, encroached upon, and neglected, forcing pedestrians onto dangerous roads.
