Waaree Renewable acquires 55% stake in Associated Power Structures for Rs 1,225 cr

Waaree Renewable Technologies has acquired a 55 percent stake in Associated Power Structures Pvt Ltd. The deal is valued at Rs 1,225 crore. This acquisition makes Associated Power Structures Pvt Ltd a subsidiary of Waaree Renewable Technologies. Definitive agreements for this acquisition were executed earlier this year. Waaree Renewable Technologies previously held no shares in Associated Power Structures Pvt Ltd.
