Civil aviation min to upgrade AirSewa portal, tap AI for faster passengers' grievances redressal
The Civil Aviation Ministry is enhancing the AirSewa portal and integrating artificial intelligence into the Passenger Assistance Control Room. This initiative aims to address air passenger grievances swiftly and effectively. The Passenger Assistance Control Room has already resolved over 73,000 complaints with a high success rate. Future upgrades will ensure a more seamless platform for passenger support.
