Himalia Prime Assets acquires eco-resort near Bengaluru

Himalia Prime Assets has acquired Our Native Village eco-resort near Bengaluru for 25 crore rupees. The company plans to invest another 25 crore rupees over two years. This will upgrade the resort and increase its rooms from 24 to 40. Himalia Prime Assets is expanding its hospitality portfolio with this acquisition. They aim to create nature-led destinations.
