India-EU free trade deal to be inked by year-end: Ursula von der Leyen

India and the European Union are set to sign a major free trade agreement by year-end. This follows talks between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and EU leaders. Security and defense cooperation will also increase. Both sides will advance the India-Middle East-Europe Corridor for better connectivity.
