US-Iran deal allows Tehran to immediately sell oil: Report

America will permit Iran to start selling oil and fuel immediately. This follows a memorandum of understanding to end a war. Sanctions on Iranian oil sales will be waived. This waiver also includes banking, transportation, and insurance services. These provisions take effect once the agreement is signed this week.
