Supply curbs bulk buyers shut out of retail fuel network

The government has restricted bulk diesel purchases from retail stations to 200 litres per customer and banned reselling to prevent diversion. This measure addresses a significant price gap between bulk and retail diesel, which had led to shortages and disruptions for ordinary consumers. The order remains in effect for 90 days.
