Absconding TMC councillor in Kolkata booked for forgery, cheating

Kolkata police have booked Trinamool Congress councillor Sushanta Ghosh and four others. They face charges of forgery and cheating in connection with a Rs 3.5 lakh footpath stall sale. A local filed a complaint alleging a forged license and a smaller stall was provided. Ghosh is also absconding in another extortion case.
