Congress confident of sweeping Karnataka Rajya Sabha, Council polls: Saleem Ahmed

Congress is confident about winning upcoming Legislative Council and Rajya Sabha elections. Party leader Saleem Ahmed stated their fifth MLC candidate will file nomination soon. He also expressed hope for a cabinet position. AICC President Mallikarjun Kharge filed his Rajya Sabha nomination. Both Congress and BJP have released their candidate lists for the biennial elections across several states.
