Hulk Hogan cause of death: Police close investigation nearly one year after wrestling legend's passing
Clearwater Police have officially closed their investigation into the July 2025 death of wrestling legend Hulk Hogan, whose real name was Terry Bollea. After reviewing medical records, witness statements, surveillance footage, and other evidence, investigators concluded that Hogan died of natural causes and found no evidence of criminal wrongdoing. Medical examiners previously determined that the WWE Hall of Famer died from a heart attack and noted underlying health conditions, including atrial fibrillation and leukemia.
