Trump says it's 'shocking' Major League Baseball still hasn't implemented a salary cap

There's a lot of talk about whether the MLB needs to adopt a salary cap, and now President Donald Trump is giving his opinion on the matter.

And he is quite firmly in the salary cap camp.

OutKick's Dan Zaksheske asked the president about the MLB's current situation aboard Air Force One.

"If you don't have a salary cap, you don't have a sport," Trump said. "They can't help themselves. In sports, they can't help themselves.
