Man accused of links with Mumbai underworld, Pakistan's ISI arrested

A man named Huzaifa, allegedly linked to a D-Company operative and Pakistan's ISI, has been arrested. He is believed to be a close associate of Munna Jhingada, a Mumbai underworld figure operating from Karachi. The arrest was made in a joint operation by central agencies and Delhi Police.
