Saket building collapse: Delhi LG directs MCD to enforce bylaws, curb illegal structures

Following a fatal building collapse in Saket, Delhi's Lt Governor Taranjit Singh Sandhu has ordered the Municipal Corporation of Delhi to strictly enforce building bylaws. The directive aims to curb illegal structural expansions and improve urban governance. The review meeting also covered monsoon preparedness, road repairs, and sanitation efforts. Public welfare initiatives were also discussed.
