Termite-damaged cash worth over Rs 1 lakh found in Kolkata college union room; probe under way

At Kolkata's Surendranath College, during a cleaning drive, workers found two suitcases filled with currency notes. The money, estimated to be over Rs 1 lakh, was heavily damaged by termites. Police have taken possession of the cash and documents. An investigation is under way to determine its origin and ownership.
