Nepal PM Balen Shah bats for talks with India, claims shared fault in border row

He acknowledged that Nepal has also encroached on Indian land, emphasizing the need for both sides to address the legacy issue. Meanwhile, Nepal's Rastriya Swantantra Party chair is visiting New Delhi to meet with Indian leaders.
