Karnataka CM-elect Shivakumar appeals for restraint at celebrations, cites allergy to garlands

Karnataka Chief Minister-elect D K Shivakumar has urged supporters to celebrate his upcoming swearing-in ceremony with restraint. He requested them to avoid crowding and refrain from offering flower garlands due to an allergy. Shivakumar stated that his elevation reflects the aspirations of ordinary party workers. The ceremony is scheduled for June 3 at Lok Bhavan.
