Census-2027: Gujarat to launch digital houselisting exercise on June 1

The fiirst phase of Gujarat's Population Census-2027 begins Monday with a month-long digital houselisting. Over one lakh enumerators will map living conditions and amenities. This phase collects data on housing, family, water, and assets. The second phase for population and caste enumeration is scheduled for February 2027.
