Trinamool Congress MP Kalyan Banerjee claimed head injuries after a mob incident in West Bengal's Hooghly district. He was demonstrating outside Chanditala police station. Banerjee alleged BJP supporters are responsible for the attack. This follows a similar incident involving Abhishek Banerjee. Police and central forces were deployed. The BJP denied the accusations.
