Alberta court rules two men guilty in deadly roadside shooting east of Calgary

Two men, Arthur Penner and Elijah Strawberry, were found guilty of second-degree murder for the August 2024 roadside shooting death of Colin Hough, an employee of Rocky View County. The jury also convicted them of two counts of armed robbery, including stealing Hough's vehicle and shooting another surveyor. Both men face a mandatory life sentence.
