Tibet-in-exile government leader sworn in

The spiritual leader of Tibetans in exile, the Dalai Lama, attended the swearing-in ceremony for Penpa Tsering's second term as the elected government's leader. The Central Tibetan Administration, based in India, functions as a representative body for an estimated 150,000 Tibetans living in exile worldwide.
