CCI clears Mercuria-Tata International JV, approves Indovida-EPL merger

The Competition Commission of India has approved a new joint venture. Mercuria Energy Netherlands BV and Tata International Singapore are forming this partnership. Additionally, Indovida India will merge with EPL. This merger aims to establish a significant player in the consumer packaging sector. Tata International had previously announced the joint venture agreement with Mercuria Energy Group.
