Civic body to set up shelters for daily wagers

Ranchi Municipal Corporation is stepping up its support for daily wage workers by developing long-term shelters at strategic city locations, referred to as 'labour chowks.' These centers, titled 'Shramik Samman Kendras,' will create a safe haven for laborers hunting for daily work, offering relief from the elements.
