Government rules out blanket ALMM List-II extension beyond June 1; case-by-case relief for solar projects

The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy will not extend the ALMM List-II deadline past June 1, 2026. Projects commissioned after this date must comply. Relief is available for projects with existing investments and completed installations. Developers can submit claims for extensions by June 30, 2026.
