Two years on, Railways yet to offer medical aid to parcel staff despite labour commissioner's plea

Private workers loading and unloading railway parcels have waited two and a half years for medical facilities. The Chief Labour Commissioner requested the Railway Board to provide these essential services. Workers often sustain injuries but must pay for their own treatment. Despite appeals, the Railway Board has not responded.
