SC agrees to hear plea on Rs 500 cr UAE money decree in July as mediation fails

The Supreme Court will hear a plea concerning a Rs 500 crore money decree from a UAE court. Mediation efforts led by former Chief Justice U U Lalit have failed. The court will now hear the case in July. Ras Al Khaimah Investment Authority (RAKIA) seeks to enforce the judgment against industrialist Nimmagadda Prasad.
