Odisha University of Technology and Research plans fee hike for UG, PG courses

Odisha University of Technology and Research (OUTR) is proposing a significant fee increase, more than doubling some charges for technical and professional degrees. This marks the first revision in 12 years. The proposal, submitted to the state government, aims to hike tuition, development, and laboratory fees for both regular and self-sustaining programs.
