Delhi Police arrests five operatives linked to gangster Kapil Sangwan extortion network

Delhi Police Special Cell has apprehended five individuals linked to gangster Kapil Sangwan. Three alleged sharpshooters and two weapon suppliers were arrested. They were planning an extortion firing at a clinic in Chhawla. The gang operates an extortion racket from abroad. The arrests foiled a major planned firing incident in the national capital.
