Ranchi Municipal Corporation Boosts Biogas Plant Capacity to 100 Tonnes Daily

Ranchi Municipal Corporation officials have urged GAIL to boost biogas plant supply to 100 tonnes daily. The plant, designed for 300 tonnes of wet waste, currently receives 75-80 tonnes. Authorities are also focusing on improving waste segregation at Material Recovery Facilities to minimize rejections and enhance processing efficiency.
