More than 300 arrested in sprawling California crackdown on child exploitation crimes

More than 300 suspects have been arrested in a sweeping multi-agency crackdown on child exploitation crimes across Southern California, the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) announced Thursday. 

The large-scale enforcement effort, dubbed "Operation Firewall," targeted a wide range of internet-facilitated offenses, including child pornography, human trafficking, grooming, and attempts to lure minors into illicit encounters.
