DC declares Dimapur infected & surveillance zone after ASF outbreak

In the wake of confirmed African Swine Fever (ASF) cases in Signal Angami village, Dimapur has officially become a designated ASF-infected and surveillance area. To mitigate the spread, all pig movements and related products are strictly prohibited within a 10km zone. Farmers are urged to report any sudden pig deaths and adhere to stringent biosecurity measures.
