Sunbird takes SpiceJet to HC over $8 million unpaid lease dues

Sunbird France has approached the Delhi High Court to enforce a UK court order. The order directs SpiceJet to pay approximately $8 million for aircraft engine lease rentals and maintenance dues. SpiceJet has been asked to disclose its assets. The airline questioned the validity of the power of attorney filed by Sunbird.
