HC stays MCA penalty on Nadella, others in SBO disclosure case

The Delhi High Court has put a hold on fines imposed by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. These fines were for Satya Nadella, Ryan Roslansky, and LinkedIn officials. They allegedly failed to disclose significant beneficial ownership in LinkedIn India. The court sought a response from the ministry. The next hearing is scheduled for October 6.
