Man dies after attack by stray dogs in Latur; locals protest

Vilas Borve (22) was mauled by stray dogs a few days ago at the local fish market, and he died while undergoing treatment in a hospital, the official added. His kin as well as residents of the area brought his body to Latur Municipal Corporation office and shouted slogans against the administration, accusing it of not doing anything to control the rise in number of stray dogs in most localities of the city.
