Who is Hamza Burhan? Pulwama attack mastermind, shot dead by unknown gunmen in PoK

Hamza Burhan, killed by unidentified gunmen in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (POK), was one of the masterminds behind the 2019 Pulwama terror attack that claimed the lives of more than 40 CRPF personnel. He was reportedly shot dead in Muzaffarabad. The Pulwama attack, carried out by Jaish-e-Mohammed, had severely strained India-Pakistan ties and triggered the 2019 military standoff between the two countries.
