Credit Saison India ties up $500 million external financing

Credit Saison India has secured $500 million in its largest-ever external commercial borrowing, a multi-currency syndicated transaction involving six lenders including Asian Development Bank and State Bank of India. The funds will fuel the expansion of its MSME and secured lending portfolios, with the company aiming for significant loan book growth and branch network expansion.
