26 year old man drowns

Tragedy struck at Tilaiya Dam on Wednesday when 26-year-old Afroz Ansari drowned while bathing with friends. Despite rescue attempts by companions and a brave local resident, Ansari was pronounced dead at Barhi Sub-Divisional Hospital. Police have handed over the body to the family and are continuing their investigation into the unfortunate incident.
