OfBusiness lending arm Oxyzo to acquire GoldenPi Tech, enter retail fixed income market

Gurugram-based Oxyzo Financial Services, the financial arm of OfBusiness, is set to acquire online bond distribution platform GoldenPi Technologies. This strategic move will allow Oxyzo to expand into wealth management and fixed-income investments, leveraging GoldenPi's 16 lakh user base and Rs 6,000 crore in cumulative investments.
