Kerala swearing-in: Two ministers opt for solemn affirmation, Muraleedharan takes oath in English

Kerala's new government has been sworn in. Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar administered the oath to Chief Minister V D Satheesan and 20 ministers. Two ministers chose to affirm their commitment instead of swearing in God's name. The United Democratic Front secured a significant victory in the recent assembly elections.
