Gates of Rudranath temple to open on May 18

The portals of the Sri Rudranath temple will open for the summer season on Monday. The deity's festive procession departed from the Gopinath temple on Sunday. Hundreds of devotees gathered for the ceremony. The procession will reach the Rudranath temple on Monday. Devotees must undertake an 18 km trek to reach the shrine. Temple gates open at midday on Monday.
