ISIS second in command Abu-Bilal al-Minuki eliminated: Trump

United States President Donald Trump announced the elimination of Abu-Bilal al-Minuki, the global second-in-command of ISIS. American and Nigerian forces conducted a complex mission to remove the terrorist from the battlefield. Al-Minuki was reportedly planning operations targeting Americans and terrorizing people in Africa. His removal significantly diminishes ISIS's global operations. The President thanked the Nigerian government for their partnership.
