Gumla Observation Home Escape: Three Juveniles Flee After Scaling Wall

Three inmates of the Gumla Observation Home escaped early Friday morning by scaling the boundary wall. They fashioned a rope from a bedsheet and used a bent iron rod as a hook to overcome the barbed wire.
