Omar Abdullah meets Amit Shah, raises statehood and reservation rationalisation

Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah met Union Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi. He raised key issues including the restoration of statehood and rationalisation of reservation. The meeting also covered the security and economic situation. Abdullah expressed his desire for statehood restoration. The Union government previously stated statehood would be restored after delimitation and assembly elections.
